• Please register for the 2011 LCC and make your hotel reservation as soon as possible. There are links for both procedures on the LCC website, www.rotarylargeclub.org. You may also call the San Diego Rotary Club Office at 619.299.3309 if you need assistance.

• The $500 conference registration fee for attendees covers all conference meals and meeting materials. The $400 conference registration fee for spouses covers all conference meals except for mid-day breaks and lunches. No meeting materials are included in the spousal fee. A spouse may attend either or both lunches by paying a nominal fee at the door.
• You can pay for the conference online with a credit card or via check sent to the SDRC. Registration for the conference is online. Please call the SDRC if you cannot register online.
• All statistical data about your Rotary Club is collected online when the Executive registers so someone must register as the Executive. If the P-E or Secretary is registering as the Executive, the correct title of the attendee can be entered when the personal information is collected. If you have any questions, please call the SDRC office at 619.299.3309.
• You may begin to register and stop and then return to complete your conference registration at a later date and all the prior information will be saved if you exit the registration process properly.
• The attire for the meetings and evening meals will be business casual.
